By accessing or using the Niru Capital platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Platform Description
Niru Capital is a discovery and communication platform that connects startups seeking investment with angel investors. We do not provide investment advice, conduct due diligence, or guarantee any investment outcome.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use this platform. Startups must be legally registered entities in India.
4. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for the accuracy of information provided on their profiles. Niru Capital reserves the right to remove any listing that contains false, misleading, or inappropriate content.
5. Membership & Fees
Membership fees are charged annually and are non-refundable once your account has been activated and your listing has been made live. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Niru Capital platform, including logos, text, and design, is the property of Niru Capital. Users retain ownership of their own submitted content.
7. Limitation of Liability
Niru Capital shall not be liable for any investment losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from the use of this platform. All investment decisions are made solely by the investor.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
